Arrow keys to move, up to jump, spacebar to swing sword. Goal: You must kill all the Scottish enemy Knights in each level. If you provoke them (hit them) they will go the direction you're facing and if you hit them again, they will go the other direction as they will turn every time they collide with something (a weird strategy made by King George Tybalt III that he thought was effective for some reason). In order to counter this strategy, you must swing your sword rapidly and try the best you can to avoid touching the knights, which means distancing yourself from them as you will take damage when you touch them. Also for some reason Arthur gets hurt when he touches water. The double jump is a little awkward in this game so when you get to a section where the double jump is required, make sure to test the double jump without moving any arrow keys until it starts working. Then, move on.
