An ambitious youngster in search of employment finds himself on the wrong side of the law as he unwittingly joins one of the many criminal organizations that secretly runs the seedy underbelly of the city. With no way out, the only way to go is up. Does he have what it takes to make it to the top, or will he find himself in too deep?
