Welcome to the Dungeons of Dragonstein! Set in a time long before Scoundrels tamed those nasty beasts. A world that today seems topsy turvy as Dragons have become our trusty companions.
You have one goal in this game...Above all, have fun! Oh, and don't forget to collect and hoard as much sGold as Scoundrely possible!
Each time you venture into this underground world to try your hand at creating wealth beyond measure, you will soon notice that dangerous beasts tend to hide and change in varied locations! No two games are alike so beware and do not become too complacent!
You will begin your journey in the underground dungeons on Level 1. Think of this level as preparatory for future adventures. Practice your skills and learn from each encounter.
Choose your race carefully! You will soon see that choosing your race (Elf, Dwarf, Tiefling) is more than just about good looks! Each race comes with a different set of skills...some of which may be easier or more difficult against various adversaries.
Fight your way through the cavernous dungeons with dungeon riff raff like, Orcs, Bloodhounds, Skeletons, Spiders, Goblins...just to name a few.
Ultimately, each levels goal is to find yourself in mortal combat with the "Boss" of that level...use every ounce of skill and bravery you have to make it to the next level...and then the next. Each level building on the previous and providing new challenges for you to overcome and prevail!
Eventually, you will find your way to the end of the dungeons where the ultimate battle with the ultimate Boss awaits. Ensure you not only gather your sGold along the way (greedy as all Scoundrels are), but be sure to collect your health potion as you will need every last drop to survive.
This is "old school" gaming...harkening back to a time when you only need to know a few simple moves.
