After watching too many superhero movies on a living room TV, a pet fish (called Finny) dreams of being a superhero. One stormy night, as if his wish came true, a bolt of lightning shoots at the power line, travels through the house, blasts through the TV, and zaps that little fish. And when he wakes up, he finds that... he can walk? And he has powers!

And with these amazing, newfound powers, he will fight to rid his city of bandits, thieves, and fish 'n' chip shop owners (and perhaps cats, and maybe just about anybody who eats fish) so he can fulfil his dream of becoming a crime-fighting, fin-flipping, kick-ass superhero! (No one should mess with this fish!)
