Press Enter to start. Each menu has two buttons, Enter to summon and use the first one and Spacebar for the second. Clicking also works after the buttons slide in. For cutscenes, press either of those two or X, B, or Shift. Press E to go through dialogue, and hold Q to pass dialogue faster.
